Quentin Drain is a careers coach who helps those who protect our natural world thrive in their role so they can make the difference they want to make, and that we all need them to make. He enables them to manage their mindset while working in very intense and turbulent environments, often on the front-line fighting for the survival of our planet and its inhabitants.


Quentin worked for 16 years in medium-sized fast-paced enterprises and understands the intensity and pressures in these types of organisations. Coaching since 2012, in 2019 he decided to completely dedicate himself to career coaching. He has the aim of helping people flourish and expand in their role, being able to move beyond the invisible barriers they face such as toxic headspace, fixed mindset, low confidence, poor productivity and unhealthy work relationships.


Quentin holds various coaching qualifications accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). These include a Diploma in Transformational Coaching, a Certificate in Corporate Coaching, and a Firework Career Coach license.


Quentin’s style is described as warm and authentic, providing an open space of possibility. He has a flexible style, bringing a combination of thoughtful reflection plus as much challenge and accountability as appropriate. He offers 121 coaching as well as group/team coaching programmes and workshops.
