I’ve been through a transformational career change myself, and this ignited my passion to support others wanting to do the same.

I work with organisations to support their people from all levels, C-Suite to junior, to thrive in their roles, and generate higher performance and great fulfilment - a win-win for both organisation and individual.
I also work with environmental protection organisations to help their people thrive in very demanding and intense environments. It's one of the ways I can play my part in a very real race for survival. I call this part of my corporate coaching Earth Squad.
I design bespoke programmes depending on your needs, pulling from a range of performance and mindset coaching methodologies, to enhance emotional intelligence, mindset and productivity.
I deliver my coaching through group and/or 121 coaching sessions online via any communication platform that suits the client.
